Tracking Toggle

Toggles on/off all hunter “Track” abilities with one button. These include Track Humanoids and Track Beasts, not finding things like Repairs, Food & Drink, etc.

Basically what the script does is search tracking types, and if it has the word “Track” in the name, switches on/off state.

One Button Pet Control

This is a Cataclysm macro to summon, dismiss, revive, and heal your 5 pets.

If you have no pet, it will summon pet 1, or you can summon pet 2 with Shift, pet 3 with Ctrl, pet 4 with Alt, and pet 5 with Ctrl+Alt. If you have a pet out it will cast Mend pet, unless you hold Shift+Ctrl, in which case it will dismiss it. If your pet is dead it will cast Revive Pet. If the corpse is gone Shift+Ctrl will also cast Revive Pet.

If you want to feed your pet, get Glyph of Mend Pet instead. It’s not like a hunter has any other minor glyphs to compete with it.

Pet Heal Macros

The ultimate pet management macro! Heals,
revives, dismisses, or calls any of four pets.

Pet active = Mend Pet
Pet active + CTRL + Shift = Dismiss Pet
Pet dead = Revive Pet
Pet noexists + Ctrl + Shift = Revive Pet*
Pet noexists = Call Pet 1
Pet noexists + Shift = Call Pet 2
Pet noexists + Ctrl = Call Pet 3
Pet noexists + Alt = Call Pet 4

*If you and your pet both die, when you resurrect you won’t have a
pet active, so the macro will try to Mend Pet even though it’s dead.
Pressing Ctrl+Shift will change the spell to Revive Pet.

And I did it all with 4 characters to spare.

Author Description: tagets enemy, activates aspect of hawk, sends pet in to attack and puts hunters mark on target, and then cycles thru designated attack sequence when not in combat. press again after fight to activate aspect of cheetah. all in one easy button

Note: Full macro only works if target is selected with macro and not mouse click. Mouse click targeting only allows cast sequence to activate.

Hunter’s Mark / Focus Target

The Hunter’s Mark macro will set the focus target if the target is friendly or it will cast Hunter’s Mark if the target is hostile. This macro is handy along with the Misdirection macro to set the recipient of aggro, typically the main tank, and with the Assist Focus macro to set the main assist.

The following macro forces your pet to attack the target you are attacking, uses wingclip when it is present, but it gives priority to Raptor Strike over most other talents. It will cast Mongoose bite if it procs, and if you crit, it will cast Kill Command if your pet is near a target. You can remove the pet attack commands by deleting the second and third line of the macro. The “script” commands hide the UI’s error text when abilities are not ready:

With one button you can now Mend your pet or spam Wing Clip and Raptor Strike. Set the time in /target/10 to whatever you like, and append as many Raptor Strikes as you like. Raptor Strike has been added more than once to ensure it is cast before the timer is up.
