His quote:

Just wanted to give you my MACRO for my Moonkin Druid. I am only lvl 28 but this is very useful in Outdoor Situations.

They dudes are usually dead by the 2nd Wrath due to the overwhelming CRITICAL ability that Balance Druids get. The next one is used to destroy mobs in INSTANCES.

Moonfire has a slight chance to break Entangling Roots. The order of the two could be reversed, but this gives the mob time to Charge, cause spell pushback, or worse, prevent a life-saving spell. Despite these risks, this is a powerful Balance opener:
